Working through common real estate issues

On Behalf of | May 26, 2021 | Real Esate |

Our readers in New Jersey and New York likely understand that almost any issue involving real estate is a big deal. For example, buying or selling real estate – especially a family home – can be both exciting and anxiety-inducing. Right now, the housing market nationwide is pretty hot. There is a lot that goes into such a real estate transaction, such as title issues, negotiating purchase agreements and even researching possible liens on the property in question.

Of course, buying or selling property isn’t the only common real estate issue that our readers might face. Leases and rental agreements are also commonly negotiated and signed, oftentimes with little attention to the “fine print.” Boundary disputes between neighbors might arise, surveys may be important and even condominium issues are common in New Jersey and New York as well. Pretty much everyone will likely end up dealing with a real estate law issue – large or small – at some point in life.
